Sehar’s natural inquisitiveness and line of questioning help collaborators understand the point of view she is driving and fosters a collective understanding of empathy for the end user. In this way, Sehar’s advocacy for customer experience and a human-centric mindset to solve problems for end-users is a real asset in the way she engages and works with others. She is able to design to brief for the purpose at hand. Sehar’s design skills as a facilitator are also great in the preparation, execution and synthesis of inputs from workshop participants. Overall, it was fantastic to have the support of Sehar working together at Visa and she has demonstrated a combination of hard and soft skills that will allow her to succeed in thoughtful, collaborative and creative environments.

Sehar is an excellent designer and she has done excellent work during her tenure at Visa. She has solid understanding of the design principles and she is also very keen on learning and applying newer methodologies to solve problems.

Sehar, worked as part of my team for the second half of last year, and made a valuable contribution to the project. She has exceptional design skills, with an eye for the finer details, other people pay not necessarily spot, and along with her UX expertise, her hard work was very well received. Would be happy to work with Sehar again in the future, and recommend her for other projects.

Sehar joined the RAPP crew as a freelance Art Director and delivered some great work on various projects. I was particularly impressed by her willingness to stay late and contribute to our proactive ideation – that’s rare for a freelancer and appreciated.
